Primordial Sound Meditation
Enjoy deeper peace, greater freedom and mastery of life!
"If you were to ask me what was the most important experience of my life, I would say it was learning to meditate. For me that is the most important thing a person can do to restore harmony and evolve to higher states of consciousness." - Deepak Chopra
About the program creator….
Dr. Deepak Chopra is the founder of The Chopra Centre for Well Being in California, USA. He is a best selling author of both fiction and non-fiction books including Ageless Body, Timeless Mind; The Seven Spiritual Laws of Success; and How To Know God. He teaches mind/body techniques worldwide through his series of educational programs.
In the west meditation is usually thought of in terms of relaxation and stress release, but its true purpose is a spiritual journey, which takes you to 'higher levels of consciousness'
So far, thousands of Australians have experienced Primordial Sound Meditation, taking their awareness beyond the active level of the mind to the silent spaces between our thoughts.
Why should I meditate?
Meditation is one of the most powerful tools there is to help us restore the harmony within, and to gain access to our body's inner intelligence. Through meditation we rediscover the silence beyond our mind’s chatter and make it part of our life. Silence is the birthplace of happiness. It is where we get our bursts of inspiration, our tender feelings of compassion, our sense of love. Meditation is a journey to freedom and self-knowledge.
Maggie is one of our finest teachers. Her dedication and commitment are truly infinite.

What is Primordial Sound Meditation?
The Primordial Sound Meditation technique originates from the ancient knowledge of India. Primordial sounds are the basic, most essential sounds of nature. The specific primordial sounds that are used in meditation are called mantras. These mantras are personal for each participant. They are chosen on the basis of Vedic mathematics, which determines the specific sound or vibration of the Universe at the time and place of our birth. When we silently repeat primordial sounds as part of the mantra, they help to take our awareness away from the frenzied activity of the mind to the stillness of our Spirit. The effect soothes our entire physiology - mind, body and soul.
How does meditation affect personal health?
Today doctors are increasingly citing stress as a major factor in such illnesses as depression, anxiety, high blood pressure, cardiac problems, insomnia, diabetes, ulcers, colds, fever, asthma, arthritis, alcoholism and other forms of addiction. Even though meditation should not be considered a cure by itself, research has shown that it contributes to the reduction of stress hormones, achieving deep relaxation and a profound state of rest. By reducing stress, meditation has important benefits for a wide range of health problems, and also allows the mind and body to function with maximum effectiveness.
Does lifestyle need to change?
People of every age, education, culture and religion can learn Primordial Sound Meditation. It does not require specific beliefs, or a change in behaviour or lifestyle. The only change or adjustment we need to make is to allow the time to meditate regularly. Other than that, any changes in our life come spontaneously.
Primordial Sound Meditation Workshop
The practice is easily learned in four sessions in a program run over one day.

Who had benefited from learning meditation?
"Most people think meditation is an 'out there, transcendental' kind of thing. My experience is that it is an extremely concrete tool, which makes a very practical difference to one's life. It clears the mind, improves productivity and anchors one very firmly in the here and now. If enlightenment means lightening up, that's a great description of what Primordial Sound Meditation has done for me".
- Gavin Partridge, former Managing Director, George Patterson Bates Advertising.
"When finally my destiny lead me to Maggie Webber and Primordial Sound Meditation, I wondered why I had waited so long! For someone like me who always has a thousand things going on in my mind, I thought that I would never be able to not think. Primordial Sound Meditation has proved to be a powerful tool".
- Julie Ward, Television Executive, Producer of “The Voice”.
"No one could possible imagine the stress manufactured in me by the roller coaster I call my fast-growing business. I tried several meditation systems, but nothing “struck”. Nothing has worked as well for me as Primordial Sound Meditation. It is easy to do and is never tedious, which means it is not difficult to practise regularly. Both Maggie’s enthusiasm and Deepak’s rigorous knowledge made it easy for me to integrate PSM into my life. It has made a vast difference to my health, my wealth and my spirit".
-Michael Keily, Managing Director, Boomerang Marketing.
"Passion for what you teach is critical. Maggie is so passionate about her work, it is intoxicating! She makes the concept of regular meditation so desirable".
-LeonNacson, Author, Columnist, and Managing Director of Hay House – Australia.
"For each of us, life is an on-going series of experiences that help us discover who we are, often by showing us what we don't want to be. These often- turbulent events are more powerful in shaping our "self-discovery" than all the so-called 'good times'.
"Maggie Webber has allowed her journey thus far to be utilised in an amazing way. Her accumulated wisdom has made her a most extraordinary, powerful and compassionate teacher. I have personally experienced Maggie's teaching of the Primordial Sound Meditation and had her speak to a group of eighty women about coming "Out of the Shadow and Into the Light".
"They were transfixed, motivated and extremely moved by the opportunity".
- Bev Brock, Director of the Peter Brock Foundation and the JediAcademy
“The benefits for business executives are quite dramatic. Meditation is not only a vehicle for stress reduction, but the inner harmony accessed unleashes our greatest creative potential. Meditation is the very foundation of my success.”
- Gerard McMullan, Founding Partner, Pepper & Rogers - Australia
